Shipment and delivery
How long is the delivery?
Not requiring printing: Usually 1-2 days after payment - we will aim to dispatch on a next business day service if ordered before 12pm
Requiring printing: for the first time: Usually 5-10 working days after payment - we make the printing block externally which can take 2-3 days and then a further few days for printing and courier.
Requiring printing: Usually 2-10 working days if we already have the printing block ready.

During national holidays and peak festive periods these times may slightly vary, so please do call through to gain a more accurate estimate based on your order, especially if it’s urgent.
Will I have to pay for customs clearance for orders outside of the UK?
Yes, we will charge delivery costs to your order.
Will freight costs be added to my order?
Yes there will be a brokerage fee and local VAT and duty if applicable.
Which courier do you use?
We use DPD, UPS & Royal Mail.
Sampling
How do I purchase a sample?
For Jewellery Boxes, Bags and Packaging samples:

  2. Make sure to include the product code, delivery address and phone number in your email.
  3. All of our samples will be invoiced.
  4. For up to 2 sample no picking charges will apply
  5. For up to 5 sample there will be a picking charge of £7.50
  6. For more than 5 samples there will be a picking charge of £10.00
  7. Delivery charges will be added to your order, approximately £8.50
Sample charges will be refunded if you place an order over £500 plus VAT within a month. Display samples can be bought from the website in single pieces.
Can I buy just 1 item or piece?
We are a wholesaler and predominantly supply to businesses so additional charges will apply. To request to purchase a single piece, please follow these steps:

Logo printing / personalising
Which print technique do you use for printing?
The print technique we use is called hot foil printing or hot stamp.
How should I send my logo?
You can send your PDF logo file by e-mail or the business Whatsapp.
Are there any set up costs?
It costs £40.00 per artwork and these magnesium blocks are reusable so this is a one off charge, we usually make 3 different sized printing blocks for this price.
Will I be charged for logo printing?
For most of our jewellery boxes we do free printing. Small charges are applied on bags, lift off lid cardboard boxes and secondary outer boxes and there is an minimum order quantity, which may differ from the website.
  • 15p per unit single side on bags
  • 15p per unit on cardboard lift off boxes
  • 20p per unit on the secondary outer boxes
Which courier do you use?
We use DPD, UPS & Royal Mail.
Where will the logo be placed on the jewellery boxes?
By default, the logos will be printed towards the middle of the jewellery box. However, the placement of the logo can vary, depending on the style of the jewellery box for example leatherette items are printed on the inside and cardboard boxes are on the top of the lid. Different packaging styles require different placements.
Which logo colours are there to choose from?
We use three standard single colours i.e Gold, Silver and Rose gold.
What is the minimum quantity for boxes with logo print?
The MOQ differs per series.
Can I see my sample print?
Yes, we can send you a photo of a sample print via Whatsapp before we print the whole order. We usually require a very quick confirmation.
Orders
What is the minimum amount or MOQ I need to order for?
You can order whatever you need as long as it matches our number of products per unit. We are a wholesaler and predominantly supply to businesses so additional charges will apply. To request a lower quantity than the minimum order quantity, please follow these steps:

Returns and Cancellation Policy
I do not wish to keep my ordered products. Can I return them?
The goods must be in a saleable condition and must be returned in the original, undamaged packaging.

The original packaging provides the best protection for our products. We reserve the right to reject any returned items that were damaged due to insufficient packaging. It is recommended that the returned item is posted through a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the post.

You will be liable for the return delivery costs of unwanted orders.
Can I return products with logo print?
Products with logo print, custom-made products, and products that in any other way have been processed cannot be returned or exchanged.
Payments
Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes, you can pay with a credit or debit card. We accept most commonly used cards. You can even pay your orders online during checkout or by bank transfer.
Products
Do you only sell boxes?
No, we also stock display items, bags, ribbons and other accesories.
Which products can I customise?
The majority of our packaging items offer the possibility to include your distinctive branding through hot foil customization.
General
What are your opening hours?
We are open from 9:00 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Friday. However, we are closed on bank holidays and take time off during the Christmas period, spanning from Christmas Eve until the first working day of the New Year.
