General Information

The following terms and conditions apply to all trade with Jaykom Ltd, including Quotes, Sale and Delivery for all standard items, sold from retail stock, despite contradictory conditions that may be specified in your order confirmation, unless agreed upon by both parties.

These Terms and Conditions, all transactions and/or orders relating to this website are governed by British law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the British courts.

Disputes between both parties that can't be resolved amicably shall be settled by the British Court in Wellingborough, UK. 

We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.

For all printed, custom-made (bespoke) products, special production orders and otherwise non-standard products, specific terms and conditions are applicable.

Order Confirmation and Invoice

Orders can be placed online (using the shopping cart), by e-mail or by telephone. You will be asked to register an account or sign in to an existing account when you confirm an online order with us.

After submitting your order, an order confirmation will be sent.

Online Orders

For online orders, an order overview is issued automatically. This e-mail confirms that we have received your order; however, it does not serve as a guarantee that we will be able to supply all of the items on your order. If we cannot accept or fulfil your order for any reason, we will contact you to explain the reasons why.

If you do not receive a confirmation number after submitting your order, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting your order, it is your responsibility to confirm with Jaykom Ltd Customer Service whether or not your order has been placed. Jaykom Ltd will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.

The order overview issued by the website does not serve as an order confirmation.

Order Confirmation

Regardless of your preferred order method, you will always receive an order confirmation by e-mail, issued by our sales department, to confirm the order has been processed. The expected dispatch date will be listed on the order confirmation.

All customers are obliged to check the order confirmation immediately. If the order confirmation does not comply with the order you have placed, we ask you to contact our sales department immediately. Orders that exceed £1000 will not be processed before we have received a signed approval of the issued order confirmation.

Jaykom Ltd reserves the right to demand a signed approval of the order confirmation for orders of less than £1000 if deemed necessary by our customer service.


Your invoice will be issued digitally by e-mail and/or a printed copy will be attached to your order after the order has been dispatched.

After an order has been invoiced, it is no longer possible to change the order and or the contact details on the given invoice. Should your company detail no longer be accurate and requiring a new invoice to be issued, we are obliged to charge a £5 administration fee if Jaykom Ltd has not been notified of the changes before the order was confirmed.

Delivery & Freight Prices

Orders will be dispatched to the Billing Address indicated by you during the Checkout process unless a different Delivery Address is indicated by you. Please ensure that the delivery details we hold for you are correct. Our nominated courier will send you an e-mail with shipping details and a tracking number as soon as your order has left the warehouse.

 All items are delivered via a courier service. If all items are in stock, they will usually be delivered as listed below. 

A maximum of 3 delivery attempts will be made. If the customer is not able to receive the package it may be returned to Jaykom Ltd. To organise a re-shipment, another courier charge will be applied, and the original courier charge will not be refunded.

Deliveries to other countries

Deliveries to other countries (not listed above), please check out by ‘purchase order’ and a member of our sales team will contact you regarding delivery options and prices. For this service, we require a landline/mobile phone number and email address.

Our sales department will confirm the freight price to you before the order will be processed. This means the freight price on your order overview can be different from the freight price on your final order confirmation.

It is not possible to add products to orders that have been processed. Any additions after the processing of the order have started will be handled as a new order and, therefore, be registered separately. In some cases, this may result in freight costs being added to both orders.

Delivery of printed and stock products

Products ordered with a logo print or products that need to be assembled will be dispatched from Jaykom Ltd within 3 working days for re-orders or 6 days for first-time orders, provided that the items are in stock. Stock products will be dispatched within 2 days, provided that the items are in stock. If the order contains a mix of printed and non-printed stock products, we will endeavour to send the full order at one time. Some product lines, first-time orders for products with logo print, and custom-made products are not covered by these terms and conditions. Individual delivery terms are agreed upon for these product groups and will be confirmed on your order confirmation.

Prices and Fees

Prices are invoiced in GBP.

Jaykom Ltd reserves the right to make price adjustments without preceding notification at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to correct the error and charge the correct price. Under these circumstances, we will contact you and notify you.

Costs for printing logo clichés may occur on the order when ordering products with a logo print for the first time. When you order products online, the costs for the clichés are not visible on the order overview issued automatically via the website. They will first appear on the order confirmation issued by our sales department.

Jaykom Ltd will contact you straight away if there are any additional costs for the order which you should be aware of. Find more information in the FAQ on our website, or contact our sales department.

Payment Methods and Terms

Private orders/one time orders will be processed after payment is received in full. Private orders will not be allowed any credit.

Only registered companies can trade (receive credit) with Jaykom Ltd. For sole traders registered in Britain, exceptions are sometimes made.

Creditworthy customers from the UK and Ireland, with a valid VAT-number, will have to prepay their first order but may be eligible for receiving a payment credit of 30 days afterwards. This will be confirmed in the second-order confirmation.

Customers ordering without a VAT-number or ordering from outside of the UK and Ireland are not eligible for receiving a payment credit and thus need to prepay their orders. 

When the invoiced amount has not been paid before the due date, a reminder will be issued. Administrative charges of £25 will be added. A total of 3 reminders will be issued, after which, if the payment still has not been received, the case is transferred to a collection agency and the payment credit will be revoked.


Intracommunautairy trade applies for all EU-based customers with a valid European VAT number, provided the order will be delivered within the EU.

Customers without a European VAT-number are required to pay 20% VAT.

When placing an order, the full amount is reserved on your account by Jaykom Ltd and payment is debited from your card only at the time the order is processed.

All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorisation by both the card issuer and us to maintain security and prevent fraud. We also take security very seriously, so no card details will be saved on our system.

If you pay using your credit card you will be secured against fraud, since we are using SSL (Secure Socket Layer). SSL provides a secure connection, allowing you to transmit private data online.  This will ensure your transaction, including credit card details, remains confidential.

We will only capture the payment once the order has begun to be processed. We are only able to capture the exact amount you have accepted when processing the payment.

Product Photography and Description

Although every effort has been made to photograph the products as accurately as possible, we are not able to guarantee the products colour, size and interior by the image only. It is the customer’s responsibility to read the colour highlighted in the description before purchasing. Images in a different colour may be used to present the product, this is temporary whilst we collate further colour images of the product. The colours and textures of the product material may vary or change without prior notification due to conditions out of our control, we will contact you if we deem the change significant. Display items from various manufacturers may appear in varying shades of white, which are not able to be represented by the photographs. Whilst measurements have been taken with the greatest care a small tolerance should be noted for packaging and a large tolerance for the display items which are hand-made and sometimes extremely challenging to measure. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact us if you are unsure about the size, colour, function or detail of the product before ordering. If you have not ordered the product before, we recommend you speak to our sales team at +441933278861 before ordering to ensure you are aware of the details of the product. 

Missing, Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty orders

We strive to ensure that your order arrives intact and complete. If you have ordered several products, they may not all arrive at once. Products that will be dispatched later, as a backorder, will be invoiced separately. The expected delivery date of these products will be listed on the order confirmation.

You are obliged to check products upon receipt and inform our sales department if the received products are not of the usual quality. Jaykom Ltd will assess your claim and if needed correct the mistake, replace the product or issue a credit note. We cannot offer a refund in this circumstance. We may require photographic evidence and further information, sent by email to show the extent of the damage discovered, for claims to be made by our freight company. The above only applies when the complaint is received by our sales department within 7 days from the date of invoice.

If printed products have been damaged in transportation, we require photographic evidence of the extent of the damage. Jaykom Ltd will assess on a case by case basis and if needed correct the mistake, replace the product or issue a credit note. We cannot offer a refund in this circumstance.

The title to, and risk of loss of the goods, transfers to you upon dispatch (EX-WORKS delivery). Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them and not use them until they are returned.

Jaykom Ltd is not responsible for any damage or mistakes arising as a result of wrong handling, transport, storage, Force Majeure, or other conditions caused by a third party. Products being returned to Jaykom Ltd are always returned on the customer’s account and risk.

Returns and Cancellation Policy

If you decide to return your order once it has been delivered, we will refund or exchange your purchased products only, as long as the original packaging is undamaged and the item is returned in a saleable condition. You will need to return your purchase within 7 days from the date of delivery. We are not able to offer free returns or we will not be able to refund the original postage paid, and printing (including printing blocks) or order admin costs.

Unused and non-defective products can only be returned to Jaykom Ltd by prior arrangement, accompanied by a filled-out return form. We will provide you with the return number required to fill out this form. You will be liable for the return delivery costs of unwanted orders. The title to, and risk of loss of the goods, transfers to you upon dispatch of the order. Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them and not use them until they are returned.

The goods must be in a saleable condition and must be returned in the original, undamaged packaging, along with any accessories and gifts received with them. The original packaging provides the best protection for our products. We reserve the right to reject any returned items that were damaged due to insufficient packaging. It is recommended that the returned item is posted through a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the post.

Returned products must be accompanied by a filled-out return form.

On receipt of the returned, undamaged and unused item, we will issue a full refund for the cost of the product(s). Any items that are returned damaged or used, or with indications that you did not take reasonable care of them whilst they were in your possession, may result in a reduced refund.

Products with logo print, custom-made products and products that in any other way have been processed cannot be returned or exchanged. Discontinued products, special offers and sale items purchased at prices cannot be returned.

For other colours or Pantone references that may or may not be in stock, please contact us by telephone/email for further information.

For printing orders on packaging and bags, Jaykom Ltd requires a vector-based .pdf or .ai (Adobe Illustrator file) of the artwork sent to info@jaykom.co.uk, referencing the customer name and order number. An email to confirm will be sent if the artwork is approved or any changes are required. If the artwork cannot/has not been supplied in the correct format, a graphics charge may be applicable of £25-£40 depending on the content of work, this will be confirmed on the order confirmation. After the artwork has been finalised the order confirmation will proceed, therefore any delays in the artwork stage may exceed the 6 days turnaround initially quoted.

Printing size and quality will be at the discretion of Jaykom Ltd, based on any comments left on the shopping cart or corresponded by email. In some cases, printing may not be possible, Jaykom Ltd reserves the right to refuse print jobs at their own discretion, mostly due to the limitation of Hot Foil printing machine or specialist staff resources. 







Great care is taken to the accuracy of the position and consistency of the print. As hand-held hot foil printing machines are used, due to human-eye error, the grain and pattern of the material and temperature adjusting constraints the print will vary in location up to +-10mm, weight and pressure.

Two/three pieces will be used to set-up the position and weight/pressure of the print, these pieces will be used for the order and will be supplied with the order.

Jaykom Ltd will endeavour to ensure the legibility of the print information is as clear as possible, but font sizes less than 8pt may vary in line thickness and may become ‘blocked’. Jaykom Ltd has the right to stop the job part-way through and supply the printed and remaining unprinted pieces. In some cases, photographs will be provided with a sample print, to ensure the customer is satisfied with the printed product. If the customer fails to respond, Jaykom Ltd will hold the whole order until the print matter is finalised, thus exceeding the quoted turn-around.


Jaykom Ltd reserves the right for misprints, sold-out products (backorders included), failure of suppliers’ transportation, changed product specifications and force majeure. Jaykom Ltd cannot be held responsible for indirect consequential losses, as well as profit loss as a result of Jaykom Ltd product responsibility, delays and/or missing delivery.


Jaykom Ltd reserves the right to revoke access to our online shop, when personal access is being abused or if the system is not used for a longer period of time. For security reasons, this will happen without any prior notification.


A claim by the buyer which is based on any defect in the quality, quantity or condition of the goods shall be notified to Jaykom Ltd in writing, within 7 days of the delivery of the defect or failure. If delivery is not refused and the buyer does not notify Jaykom Ltd accordingly, the buyer shall have no right to reject the goods and the Jaykom Ltd shall have no liability for such defect or failure, and the buyer shall be bound to pay the price as if the goods had been delivered in accordance with the contract.

Where the buyer does notify Jaykom Ltd that there is a valid claim in respect of any of the goods, Jaykom Ltd may replace or repair the goods or at its discretion refund to the buyer the price of the goods, in which case the Jaykom Ltd shall have no further liability to the buyer. The buyer will also allow Jaykom Ltd a fair chance to inspect the goods for any damages or defects. Jaykom Ltd shall not be liable to the buyer for any loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and shall have no liability to pay any money to the buyer by way of compensation other than any refund made under these terms. This does not affect the buyer’s statutory rights as a consumer, nor is it intended to exclude Jaykom Ltd’s liability to the buyer.

Jaykom Ltd shall be under no liability in respect of any defect in the goods arising from any drawing or specification supplied by the buyer. Neither shall Jaykom Ltd be liable for any errors in proofs approved by the buyer and Jaykom Ltd is not responsible for checking the accuracy of information supplied by the buyer in electronic form.

The Jaykom Ltd shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, external force, damage caused by the buyer or any other party, or damage caused by the incorrect installation, use, modification, storage or repair of the goods.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that any food, drug or other substance of a volatile nature is not likely to be affected by any material used in the manufacture, printing or handling of the goods. Jaykom Ltd is not liable if such food, drug or other substance has been adversely affected, and the buyer will indemnify Jaykom Ltd and keep the Jaykom Ltd indemnified from and against all third-party claims that any food, drug or other substance has been adversely affected and caused third party loss, damage or expense.

Subject to clause above the Jaykom Ltd warrants that the goods will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 weeks from the date of delivery unless otherwise stated in writing.

Compatibility testing for any product to be contained within products supplied by Jaykom Ltd is highly recommended and Jaykom Ltd cannot be held liable for any tarnishing due to contact.
